Mountain Vibes Property Manager’s leverage their extensive hosting experience by making sure details are carefully considered ahead of every guest’s stay. Our guests never need to think about if the cabin has firewood, that the deck is cleared off in the summer, the fire table is in working condition and the propane is full, there aren’t enough towels and lake floats for your group or the driveway isn’t plowed in the winter. Our guests show up, settle in and immediately enjoy their vacation without any surprises.
Checklist
Each cabin is inspected ahead of being approved for the Mountain Vibes community to enjoy. These inspections have the guest experience and vacation in mind. From easy access with a coded lock, privacy blinds installed in the windows and an entryway that lights up for safe entry.

Our cleaning crew is the best in Twain Harte and it shows! Our team is meticulous when it comes to cleaning cabins. Every surface will shine and every appliance will glisten. Mountain Vibes follow industry-leading cleaning protocols to ensure you feel instantly welcomed and relaxed upon entering our properties.
Maintenance
Our maintenance team is continually checking each and every aspect of a property before and after each guest’s visit. Any inspection issues that may arise are immediately repaired to avoid any potential guest’s experience interruptions.
MVP Guests
Deposit
Security Deposit amounts are based on the overall value of the home the guest is booking. This deposit is collected ahead of each reservation and is refunded based on the maintenance and cleaning crew’s assessment after each reservation.
Renter’s Agreement
Mountain Vibes requires an extensive renter’s agreement that covers any and all possible incidences that may occur during a stay, including following smoking rules, immediate damage reporting through the guest portal and strictly adhering to all emotional support and service animal guidelines while staying in pet-free homes.
