Mountain Vibes Guests understand how important it is to treat other’s homes as their own. They also appreciate how essential it is for a homeowner to feel comfortable with the guests that stay in their homes. Each guest voluntarily signs an extensive rental agreement and provides a fully-refundable security deposit ahead of their stay.
Deposit
Security Deposit amounts are based on the overall value of the home the guest is booking. This deposit is collected ahead of each reservation and is refunded based on the maintenance and cleaning crew’s assessment after each reservation.
Renter’s Agreement
Mountain Vibes requires an extensive renter’s agreement that covers any and all possible incidences that may occur during a stay, including following smoking rules, immediate damage reporting through the guest portal and strictly adhering to all emotional support and service animal guidelines while staying in pet-free homes.

Mountain Vibes renters appreciate the enhanced service and amenities they experience by being a part of the community. In turn, Mountain Vibes renters treat each home as if it were theirs and respect the trust each host puts in them by renting their home to others.
